Can I get a refund on my eSIM?
A refund may be available if a genuine technical or network failure prevents the Atli eSIM from working and Atli support cannot resolve it. Request it within 14 days of purchase.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
When is a purchase not refundable?
A refund does not apply when:
- The phone is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked. Look up your model in the list of eSIM phones first.
- You changed your mind.
- The plan has already connected or used data.
How do I ask for a refund?
- Open Atli on WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Type Talk to a human.
- Explain what happened and include the exact error or connection problem.
In the Atli app, tap the chat button at the top and explain what happened.

How do I pay for Atli?

Choose a destination and plan in Atli, then follow the secure checkout link. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available.

Can I cancel an unused plan for a refund?
A change of mind is not refundable, even if the plan has not started. A plan that has not started within 30 days of purchase expires.
Can I use Atli credits or a discount code at checkout?
