Can I use Atli in my own country?
Yes, if your Atli plan covers your home destination. You can use Atli for mobile data there just as you would while travelling.
Your own SIM can stay active for your usual phone number, calls and texts.
How do I check whether my plan covers home?
Type your home destination in Atli on WhatsApp or Telegram to see which plans cover it.
A plan only provides data in the destinations included in its coverage. See Where does my eSIM work?.
Does turning Atli on at home start my plan?
Not by itself. A plan starts when your phone first connects to a supported network in a destination that the plan covers.
If your home destination is covered, connecting there can start the plan. This can happen with a Regional or Global plan as well as a Destination plan.
If you bought the plan for a later trip, keep the Atli eSIM switched off until you are ready to use it. A plan that hasn't started within 30 days of purchase expires. See When does my eSIM plan start?.
How do I use Atli at home?

Yes, if you have an Atli plan that covers your home destination. Switch mobile data to Atli while your usual network is unavailable, then switch back afterwards.
Remember that the first supported network connection starts the Atli plan, and an unused plan expires 30 days after purchase.
FAQ
Does Atli give me a second phone number at home?
No. Atli is data-only and does not provide a phone number, voice service or SMS.
Your own SIM can keep your usual number while apps such as WhatsApp use Atli's mobile data.
Does it cost more to use Atli at home?
Not if your plan already covers your home destination. Atli does not charge a separate roaming fee for using that plan in a covered destination.
Can I share Atli data with my laptop or tablet?
Yes, you can use your phone's hotspot where tethering is supported. Hotspot use comes from the same Atli data allowance.
What should I do with Atli when I get home from a trip?
Set mobile data back to your own SIM and turn the Atli eSIM off until you need it again. Keep it installed so it is available for future use.
I deleted the eSIM. What now?
Deleted Atli from the same phone? Type wallet in Atli, open your eSIM, then tap QR / Install and try installing it again.
