Open My Profile to see your purchased eSIMs. Select the eSIM you need to view its QR code and installation options.
QR code is on the same phone?
You have a few options:
- Quick install: use the iPhone or Android install button when available.
- Saved QR: some phones let you select a QR code saved in Photos.
- Second screen: open the QR code on another phone, tablet or computer and scan it.
- Manual setup: enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code instead.

Do I need the QR code again after installing?
No. You install the Atli eSIM once. New plans you buy later are added to the same eSIM, so you do not need a new QR code for each plan.
Do not delete the Atli eSIM while a plan is on it.
Already deleted it from the same phone? Type wallet in Atli, open your eSIM, then tap QR / Install and try installing it again.

FAQ
I paid but can’t find my QR code. Where is it?
Type wallet in Atli and open your eSIM. If the purchase still does not appear, type Talk to a human in the chat.
I deleted my chat with Atli. Is my QR code gone?
No. Start the Atli chat again and type wallet to open your eSIMs and plans.
The phone says it can’t activate the eSIM. What does that mean?
The eSIM may already be installed, or the installation may have failed for another reason. Check your phone's SIM/eSIM settings for an Atli line before trying again.
If an Atli eSIM is already listed, do not try to install it again. If it is not there, see the eSIM activation troubleshooting guide.
What are the manual details for?
They let you install the same eSIM without scanning the QR code. Use the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code exactly as shown in Atli.
Does getting the QR code again start my plan?
No. Viewing the QR code does not start your plan. Installing the eSIM does not start it either. The plan starts when your phone first connects to a supported network at the destination.
