How do Atli credits work?

You earn 30 Atli credits for every $1 you spend. Credits can then reduce the price of eligible future orders automatically at checkout.

Once your balance reaches 2000 credits, every 1000 credits gives $1 off eligible orders of $6 or more. Credits remain valid for 12 months from the day they are earned.

How do I earn Atli credits?

• Buying plans: every $1 you spend earns 30 credits automatically.

• Inviting friends: you can earn referral credits when an eligible new customer buys using your referral code or link. See How do I invite friends to Atli?.

How do I use my credits?

You do not need to apply credits manually. When your balance and order qualify, checkout applies the eligible amount automatically.

• You need at least 2000 credits before credits can be used.
• The order must be $6 or more.
• Every 1000 credits gives $1 off.
• Checkout shows the credit discount before you pay.
• Unused credits stay in your balance for a future eligible order.

The amount of credits that can be used on one order depends on the order value. Checkout automatically applies the allowed amount and shows it before payment.

Do Atli credits expire?

Yes. Credits are valid for 12 months from the day they are earned.

Referral credits start their 12-month validity from the day the qualifying referral purchase is completed.

Why weren't my credits used at checkout?

Credits may not be applied if:

• Your balance is below 2000 credits.
• The order is under $6.
• Some credits have expired.
• The order has reached the maximum credit amount allowed for its value.

Checkout shows the amount of credits applied before you pay.

How do I check my credits?

Type credits in Atli on WhatsApp or Telegram to see your current balance.
