Does a travel eSIM renew automatically?
No. Atli plans are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
When the plan's data or validity runs out, it ends. You are only charged again when you choose to buy another plan.
What happens when my plan runs out?
If it is your only applicable plan, mobile data stops. There is no extra charge.
If another plan that covers your current destination is already on your Atli eSIM, the next applicable plan can take over automatically.
That is not an automatic renewal. You already bought that plan earlier, so there is no new charge when it takes over. See What happens when my eSIM data runs out?.
How do I buy more data?
- Type check data in Atli.
- Tap Buy another plan, or enter your destination.
- Choose a plan and pay.
The new plan is added to the Atli eSIM already on your phone. You do not need another QR code or installation. See Need more data or going somewhere new?.

Do I need to cancel anything when I get home?
No. There is no subscription to cancel. Set mobile data back to your own SIM and turn the Atli eSIM off until your next trip.
Can Atli add a plan automatically when my data runs low?
No. Atli does not automatically buy or charge you for another plan.
To check your remaining data, type check data in Atli.
What happens to a plan I bought but never used?
It waits until your phone first connects to a supported network in a destination covered by the plan. If it has not started within 30 days of purchase, it expires.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A change of mind is not refundable. See Payments & refunds for the current refund policy and eligibility rules.
Does an Unlimited plan renew every day?
No. An Unlimited plan is one purchase for the number of days you selected.
During those days, you get 3 GB of high-speed data in each 24-hour period, then speeds are reduced to 3 Mbps until the next reset. The 3 GB resets every 24 hours from when the plan started.
That daily reset is not a renewal or a new purchase.
