Using Telegram on your Atli eSIM
You keep your Telegram number
Atli is data-only, so it never touches the number your Telegram account uses. Chats, groups and Telegram calls run on your Atli data the same way they run on Wi-Fi. If Telegram asks you to log in again, the code arrives inside Telegram on a device you're already logged in on, or by text to your own number, so keep your own SIM switched on. Your own SIM keeps calls and texts

Common questions
Do I need the Atli app or an account to buy on Telegram?
No. The chat is the whole thing: you pick a plan, pay and install inside Telegram. If you'd rather use a website, you can also buy on HeyAtli.com.
How do I find Atli on Telegram?
Search for @AtliEsimBot in Telegram and tap Start, or tap Buy on Telegram on this page and the chat opens on its own.
Does Atli speak my language?
Yes. Write to Atli in English, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Malay or Arabic, and Atli answers in the same language.
Can I buy from Telegram Desktop or Telegram Web?
Yes. Open @AtliEsimBot on Telegram Desktop or in the browser, tap Start, pick a plan and pay as usual. The eSIM goes on your phone: Telegram keeps the same chat on it, so tap Install on iPhone or Install on Android there, or scan the QR code on your screen with your phone's camera.
What's in Atli's menu in Telegram?
Tap the menu button beside the message box. It lists Atli's commands, among them My eSIMs and plans, and Start if you want to begin again. Typing works just as well: wallet, check data and invite do the same.
How do I pay?
Atli sends you a secure checkout link in the chat. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. Checkout runs on Stripe.
Does the eSIM come with a phone number?
No. Atli is data-only. Your own SIM keeps your number, calls and texts, and Telegram stays on that number.
When does the plan start?
When your phone first connects to a supported network in a destination the plan covers. Buying or installing the eSIM does not start it. A plan that has not started within 30 days of purchase expires.
Where do I find my QR code again?
Type wallet in the chat, open your eSIM and tap QR / Install. Deleting the chat does not remove your eSIMs or plans.
What happens when my data runs out?
Buy another plan in the same chat: type check data and tap Buy another plan. It goes onto the same Atli eSIM, with no new QR code and no reinstall. If another plan that covers your destination is already on the eSIM, it can take over on its own.
Can I buy an eSIM for someone else on Telegram?
Yes. Choose a plan and tap 🎁 Share it at checkout. Atli gives you a claim code to send them, and they claim it in Atli on their own phone. Claiming does not start the plan.
Which destinations can I buy for?

Can I get a refund?
Refunds may be available for an eligible technical or network failure that Atli support cannot resolve. Type Talk to a human in the chat within 14 days of purchase.
